Maintain the dormitory clean and safe. Ensure employees are following the standard of Dormitory Policy and adhere to the CNMI government building code and safety and a comfortable living environment for everyone. Assist employees with check-in or check-out and assist any malfunction to be fixed. § Responsible for all aspects related to dormitory cleanliness and sanitation (i.e., cleaning the public areas (building A/B/C/D/E hallways, aisles, stairways, garden areas, parking areas, designated smoking areas, main kitchen, cafeteria, storage rooms, laundry room, gym, basketball court area, bathroom and shower room building C/D/E, outside surrounding of the building compound, and clean all exited tenant unit/rooms and vacant unit/rooms.Cleaning the cafeteria refrigerator, microwaves, cooking facilities, kitchen storage areas, water dispensers machines, inside the laundry washing machine and dryer machines and removal of all debris including cobwebs and insect nests or any nesting exposed on the building walkway ceilings or anywhere else. Educating or informing all employees to further understand and follow the standard, any notices posted to facilitate open communication. Supervised the Pest Control treatment scheduled every month and acknowledged the treatment form after Pest Control was completed for filing. Assist HR operations by issuing reminders, notifications, or any information to be communicated with the tenants. Make sure when conducting an exit clearance inspection of the vacated unit/room to report damages or assessment for repairs of the air air-conditioning, electrical, drawer cabinets, closet, bed frame, bed mattress, smoke detector, bedroom doors, door knobs, door keys, condition of the wall paints, tiles, and windows.Routinely inspect the dormitory facilities' electrical or lighting conditions, breakage or damages of fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, water issues, septic tank conditions, and building renovations both interior and exterior. Responsible for coordinating with the Engineering Landscaping Department to follow up on the scheduling of ground maintenance (bush cutting or removal of debris or construction equipment or material supplies stored at the dormitory after the Engineering Building Maintenance General Maintenance workers complete the required repairs. Enforce “No Outside Visitors” entering the tenant unit and inside the dormitory compound. Report any tenant violators of dormitory policy and procedures to the Security on Duty for proper investigation and Security on Duty will complete the incident report to submit to HR support staff for proper action taken. Collect the dormitory key for departure and check any defects of the room before they depart; report to the HR support staff duplicated keys new keys or damaged dorm keys. Inspect the room regularly and whenever necessary regularly (once a month). Prepare the Welcome package for new tenants moving in promptly; notify the guard office of new tenant arrival and surrender the key at the guard office for new tenants to access. Perform laundry cleaning when the tenant exited the dorm and any dirty linens, pillows, blankets, and dormitory shower curtains.Perform random dormitory tenant unit inspections on an as-needed basis or when requested by HR support staff. Store dormitory equipment and supplies safely at the dorm office; prepare inventory listing of supplies received and use for accountability. Request via Dorm Messenger group chats cleaning supplies request (2) two weeks in advance before supplies deplete. Must file the original “Maintenance Request Form” per building (A/B/C/D/E) received from the guard on duty from Tuesday-Saturday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm at the Dorm Office. Must take a photo screenshot and report via dormitory messenger group chat the “Maintenance Request Form” received from the Security Guard Office from Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Must verify the messenger dorm group chat any “Maintenance Request Form” submitted on Sunday & Monday to manually record via handwritten and file on the proper building unit/room. Responsible for safeguarding confidentially the file of the “Maintenance Request Form” according to the building unit (A/B/C/D/E) at the Dorm office. Responsible for monitoring the progress of the “Maintenance Request Form” completion or status by completing the “Maintenance Request Form” of each request. Responsible for contacting/following the Engineering Department on the status of pending repair requests and the reason why repairs are not completed after HR support staff submits them to the Engineering Department. Responsible for reporting to the tenant the status of the repairs or the reason for the delay of the repairs. Responsible for completing the “Maintenance Request Form” should there be structural, sanitation, safety, or whatsoever is needed for the Engineering Department to conduct an assessment for repairs. Authorized to compile dormitory “Maintenance Request Form” monthly request at the Security Control Room on Saturdays before arrangement and approved by Security Assistant Manager/Supervisor in Charge. Prepare monthly reports to the HR Team. Any special project and duties assigned by management should be completed
